This page describes the terms of sale for the ninepi GYMemo Standard one-time purchase and GYMemo PRO monthly subscription. Standard and PRO are separate products. You do not need to buy Standard before subscribing to PRO.

  • Price: The applicable price in the local currency is shown by the App Store or Google Play for the user’s country or region before purchase is confirmed. Standard is a one-time purchase; PRO is an automatically renewing monthly subscription.
  • Other charges: Users pay internet and telecommunications charges required to download or update the App, check for updates, and process purchases.
  • Payment method: Payment through the App Store or Google Play using a payment method available for the user’s Apple Account or Google Play account.
  • Payment timing: Standard is charged once when the purchase is completed. PRO is charged at purchase and at each renewal. Check the store used for purchase for renewal dates and billing details.
  • Delivery / service availability: The relevant features become available after the store completes the purchase and the App confirms the purchase status. Confirmation may be delayed by network or store conditions. PRO is available during the paid subscription period.
  • Free use: Workout recording, summaries, and personal-best features are free indefinitely. Free has no ads for the first 30 days after installation; ads appear from day 31. AI Trainer can be tried free for 30 days from installation, up to 10 times in total and twice per day. Conditions may change; check the App for current conditions. No automatic charge begins when a free period ends.
  • Features requiring purchase during a trial: Data saving and CSV export require a confirmed Standard or PRO purchase. Data import is free.
  • Features requiring purchase after a trial: Free recording, editing, and summaries remain available. PRO is required to continue AI Trainer after the free trial uses have been exhausted.
  • Features free regardless of purchase: Workout recording and editing, history, summaries, personal bests, menu and exercise management, and data import. Ads appear on Free from day 31.
  • Renewal and cancellation: Standard is a one-time purchase and does not renew. PRO renews monthly automatically. Cancel in the subscription management screen of the App Store or Google Play used for purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel. PRO remains available until the end of the paid period.
  • Returns, cancellation, and refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, returns or cancellations for the user’s convenience are generally not accepted after purchase. Exceptions may apply under App Store or Google Play refund policies or applicable law. Submit refund requests through the store used for purchase. This does not limit rights under applicable law.
  • System requirements: An iOS or Android device and installation through App Store or Google Play are required. Check the App listing in the relevant store for supported OS versions and devices. Operation on every device is not guaranteed.
  • Data saving and loading: Detailed workout records are generally stored on the device and cannot be restored from the Company’s server. Data saving and CSV export are Standard or PRO features; data import is free. Save necessary records from Settings → Create a device backup and store them safely.
  • Sales region and special conditions: Availability is determined by the App Store or Google Play in the user’s country or region. Minors must obtain a parent or guardian’s consent before purchase.
