Switching phones
Receive records within 24 hours. Records on your old phone remain unchanged.
Sending requires a Standard purchase or an active PRO subscription. Receiving requires neither a purchase nor a subscription.
You can send up to 10 MiB per transfer.
Receive within 24 hours. Once received, or after 24 hours, the held records can no longer be received and are deleted from regular storage (they may remain in maintenance backups for a limited time).
Moving records and restoring purchases are separate steps
If you use Standard or PRO, select Restore Purchases on your new phone using the account used for the purchase in the same store. Purchases can be restored within Google Play or within the App Store, not between them.
You can transfer workout records from Android to iPhone and from iPhone to Android. Moving records and restoring purchases are separate steps. Purchases cannot be restored across different stores.

Is Standard wasted if I subscribe to PRO later?
No. While PRO is active, its Standard features overlap with Standard. If you later cancel PRO, your Standard features—no ads, data backup/import and CSV export—remain available at no extra cost. If you plan to use AI Trainer, you can subscribe to PRO without first purchasing Standard.
Do I need to buy PRO from the start?
No. Free lets you keep recording and reviewing workouts, and the first 30 days are ad-free. Eligible users can try AI Trainer for free. Check the conditions in the app and subscribe to PRO when you need it.
Can I subscribe to PRO without buying Standard?
Yes. You can subscribe directly from Free. PRO includes AI Trainer and every Standard feature.
Does buying Standard include AI Trainer?
No. Standard is a one-time plan. AI Trainer requires a separate PRO subscription, and buying Standard does not increase AI usage.
What happens to my records if I cancel PRO?
Your workout records remain available. You return to Standard features if you own Standard; otherwise you return to Free. Cancel subscriptions in App Store or Google Play settings.
What happens to my purchase and records when I change devices?
Send records from your current phone, then scan the QR code on your new phone. You can also receive them with a 20-digit transfer code. Sending requires a Standard purchase or an active PRO subscription. Receiving requires neither a purchase nor a subscription. If you use Standard or PRO, select Restore Purchases on your new phone using the account used for the purchase in the same store. Purchases can be restored within Google Play or within the App Store, not between them. You can transfer workout records from Android to iPhone and from iPhone to Android.
